Join HRQuadrant as a Banking Officer. Collaborate with banking partners to source and engage customers, generate leads and referrals, and deliver personalized financial planning. Build trust through proactive communication, conduct regular follow-ups and reviews, present life insurance products, and cross-sell to maximize revenue and customer value. Educate clients on insurance and financial planning, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹20,00–₹50,00/month.
