Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team, ensuring efficient booking operations, excellent guest service, and accurate reporting. Responsibilities: supervise daily reservations, train and schedule staff, manage inventory and rates, handle guest inquiries and complaints, coordinate with front office and revenue management, and produce performance reports. Requirements: 2+ years supervisory experience in hotel reservations, strong communication, CRS/PMS proficiency, attention to detail, and flexible availability.
