Job Description
EDUCATION WORLD SOCIETY (NGO) seeks a full-time Academic Counselor to provide personalized academic and career guidance, monitor student progress, deliver workshops, and coordinate with faculty and families. Responsibilities include advising on course selection and degree planning, supporting students facing academic difficulties, referring to tutoring or counseling services, maintaining confidential records, and developing orientation and skill-building programs. Requirements: 1+ year academic counseling experience, age 20–35, in-person work at Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal; reliable commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package. Compensation: ₹15,00–₹22,00/month. Benefit: internet reimbursement.
