Job Description
JRJ Ventures seeks an experienced Ticketing Staff to manage domestic and international bookings. Duties include fare quotes, reservations, cancellations, amendments, reissues, coordinating with airlines and partners, maintaining accurate records, resolving customer queries, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations. Requirements: minimum 2 years ticketing experience, strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre), excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment; immediate joiners preferred. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month. Application questions: How many years of domestic/international ticketing experience do you have? Which GDS systems have you worked with?
