Anything Digital Private Limited in Noida seeks a Company Secretary (Full-Time) for candidates with 0–3 years’ experience. Qualified CS, CS finalists or CS freshers are encouraged to apply. The role includes ensuring statutory and MCA/ROC compliance, preparing board notices, agendas and minutes, maintaining statutory registers, handling share allotments and corporate filings, supporting secretarial audits and regulatory inspections, and advising management on governance. Strong knowledge of MCA portal, ROC filings, excellent drafting, documentation and communication skills, and MS Office proficiency required.
