Job Description
Cadence Living LLP seeks a Legal Documentation Coordinator to manage land-related legal processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with lawyers for legal opinions, liaising with MRO/SRO/RDO for documents and registrations (sale deeds, development agreements), slot booking on Bhu Bharathi and IGRS portals, coordinating land surveys, maintaining company land records, and securing government permissions and approvals. Full-time, in-person. Salary: ₹20,00–₹30,00 per month. Benefits: food provided and Provident Fund. Strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with land office procedures preferred.
