Job Description

We are seeking a Relationship Associate – Bancassurance to develop and manage client relationships within partner banks, advise customers on insurance solutions, and drive product cross-sales. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, preparing proposals, processing applications, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with branch staff to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in bancassurance or financial services, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
