Job Description
ASV Consulting Services Private Limited is hiring an onsite specialist at Iffco Chowk, Sector 18, Gurugram. Voice role for immediate joiners; 1–5 years international calling experience and fluent English required. Night shift; selection: two interview rounds. Salary ₹25,00–₹40,00/month (up to ₹4.5 LPA). Responsibilities: handle US customer inquiries via phone, email or chat, resolve complaints, escalate when needed, and collaborate with internal teams.
