Job Description
Own after-sales for premium clients: drive upsell/cross-sell, retention, CLV and NPS; run integrated pre/post-sale marketing; analyze customer data; collaborate with sales, service, product and finance. Requirements: female, 2+ years B2C direct sales, excellent written/verbal communication, meticulous client care. Full-time, in-person, New Friends Colony, Delhi. Salary ₹20,00–₹45,00/month. Benefits: paid sick leave and paid time off. Please include current and expected total monthly compensation (INR).
