Job Description
Indian Edu Hub seeks a motivated Bulk Recruiter (full-time) to manage high-volume hiring of part-time staff. You will screen company-provided candidates, make 80–100 daily calls, schedule interviews, complete onboarding documentation and training, and report progress to managers. Requires a bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, organization, resilience, and ability to multitask. Prior bulk recruitment, telecalling, or inside sales experience and education-sector knowledge are advantages. Salary ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Work location: Kalamassery, Kochi (in person); relocation/commute preferred.
