Job Description
We are looking for a polite, hardworking, and customer-friendly Salesman/Salesgirl to work in our textile shop. The candidate should be able to assist customers and help in daily shop activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers when they enter the shop.
- Understand customer needs and show suitable fabrics/Products.
- Explain fabric/Product types, prices, and uses.
- Assisting in opening product bundles.
- Help customers with selections and suggestions.
- Measure and cut fabric if required.
- Handle cash counter, billing, and receipts [If Required].
- Pack purchased items neatly.
- Arrange and restock fabric displays regularly.
- Cleaning and organizing fabric racks regularly.
- Setting up fabric racks to display items neatly and attractively.
- Keep the shop clean and organized.
- Report any low stock or customer feedback to the manager.
- Follow shop rules, Dress codes and timings.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification is Plus Two.
- Basic reading and speaking skills.
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills.
- Honest and punctual.
- Willing to stand for long hours.
- Previous retail or textile experience is a plus (not required).
