Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Experience:- Fresher- 06 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
