Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist – FEMALE RESIDING NEAR ecr,omr,velachery , adyar,thiruvanmiyur and willing to travel . aesthetic / cosmetic clinic previous experience will be highly appreciated
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly and organized front desk receptionist to join our team at our aesthetic skin clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greeting and Communication: Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries about services and appointments.
– Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
– Administrative Support: Maintain client records, process payments, and manage billing inquiries.
– Reception Area: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
– Customer Service: Address client concerns, provide information on services, and maintain a positive clinic environment.
– Sales Conversion: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, promote packages and promotions, and encourage clients to book treatments or products.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
