Job Description
We are hiring a Production Supervisor at Airtek Compressors. The role requires overseeing daily manufacturing operations, coordinating workflows, meeting production targets, monitoring team performance, maintaining documentation, and enforcing quality and safety standards. Candidates should hold any bachelor’s degree, have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in production, be proficient with MS Excel and basic computers, own a two-wheeler and a mobile phone for coordination, and ideally reside in or near Coimbatore. This full-time, permanent, in-person position offers ₹19,00–₹20,00/month, day shift preferred. Strong communication and team-management skills are essential.
