Job Description
We seek a Master Trainer to observe lessons, identify teachers’ strengths and weaknesses, provide feedback and one-on-one coaching, run workshops and guest events, co-develop curricula, lesson plans and assessments, set and monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly goals, reassess progress, supervise classrooms and prepare reports, design improved learning strategies, and build teacher networks. Only Tamil candidates based in Chennai; freshers and any graduates eligible. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay: ₹8,086–₹38,783.70/month.
