Job Description

Join Cognizant as a Product Master Data Specialist responsible for item attribute extraction and content enrichment. You will follow defined SOPs, perform final QC and customer sign-off, and lead RCA/CAPA actions for quality issues. Accountable for the success and quality of the process, you will support process improvements and automation efforts while maintaining strict confidentiality and meeting tight deadlines. The role requires flexibility to work shifts as business needs dictate and a proactive approach to ensure accurate, enriched product master data that supports downstream systems and client satisfaction.
