Job Description

Kumarakom Tharavadu – Heritage Hotel seeks a Hotel Maintenance Staff to maintain building systems and guest areas. Duties include repairing plumbing, electrical and HVAC, carpentry and painting, inspecting interiors/exteriors, performing preventative maintenance, responding to guest requests, testing emergency systems, managing inventory, and assisting events and groundskeeping. Candidate should hold a Diploma in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical, with proven experience in building maintenance and hotel properties. This full-time, in-person position offers up to ₹18,00/month and food provided. Strong safety awareness, problem-solving skills and a customer-service attitude are required.
