Job Description
Pay: ₹10,00/month. Full-time, day shift, in-person. Non-litigation legal secretarial role handling incorporations of private companies (Indian and foreign directors), LLP registration, liquidation/striking off and NCLT work. Duties include RERA and Companies Act compliance and registration, drafting and vetting agreements, e-filing and filing with authorities, preparing RERA project documentation and sale agreement drafts, quarterly RERA compliance, real estate documentation vetting, monitoring project withdrawal limits, and advising clients on documentation changes. Requires 1 year experience.
