Job Description
Zon Holidays seeks a full-time Telesales Executive to sell domestic and international tour packages. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi with 1+ year experience in tele/inside sales (travel preferred). Key skills: strong communication, negotiation, customer-focused listening, basic MS Office/CRM, target-driven approach, and knowledge of popular destinations. Responsibilities include outbound calls to convert leads, presenting packages, understanding customer needs, maintaining call logs and follow-ups, meeting sales targets, handling queries professionally, and coordinating bookings with operations. Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Work: in person.
