Job Description
The Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls to verify leads, engage customers, and schedule site visits for residential projects. This office-based, full-time role in Coimbatore requires 1–3 years’ experience (real estate preferred). Key duties: qualify leads and update CRM, explain pricing, amenities and location, convert leads to confirmed visits, coordinate appointments with sales executives, send confirmations/reminders, maintain follow-up cycles, and produce daily/weekly reports tracking lead→visit→booking. Required skills: fluent Tamil & English, telecalling or customer service experience, strong persuasion, objection handling, active listening, and basic computer/CRM proficiency. Salary: ₹12,00–₹20,00/month.
