Key Responsibilities:
We are hiring a Trainee for our team. You will support all Front Office staff, Supervisor, Catering, Housekeeping, Security, Driver, and Room Boy service, adhering to the hotel’s service standards. Your role includes proactively monitoring guest satisfaction, promptly resolving queries, requests, and complaints, and ensuring safety and emergency regulations. Proficiency in English and Computer skills are preferable.
