Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)
Company: Career Comfort
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop service)
Shift: Night Shift aligned with U.S. time zones, with fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
About the Role: Handle inbound voice calls from U.S. healthcare customers, providing professional and personalized support without sales targets.
Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, minimum 12th pass, comfortable with night shifts. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Compensation: ₹15,00–₹19,00 per month, with travel allowance, attendance bonus, and more benefits.
