Job Description
The Yatha Preschool is seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee academic planning and teacher training, ensuring curriculum quality and classroom effectiveness. Responsibilities include conducting classroom observations, coordinating between management, teachers, and parents, and organizing educational programs.
Qualified candidates should have a graduate/postgraduate degree with NTT / B.Ed. / ECCE qualifications, possess a strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,293.28 – ₹45,575.54 per month
