Job Description
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal.

Salary: ₹45,00 per month.
Job Specification: Candidates must have studied at ICSI (The Institute of Company Secretaries of India) and possess a membership number.
Responsibilities include:
- Timely submission of forms, reports, and documents to Exchanges/Depositories.
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI Act and related regulations.
- Managing audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Updating company forms as per stock broking guidelines.
- Handling additional compliance matters as assigned.
