Job Description
Quality Inn Residency is seeking a warm, confident, and service-driven Front Office Executive who can ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle guest requests or issues with patience and professionalism. Familiarity with IDS Fortune Next and the check-in/check-out process is essential. Prior experience in hotel front office or guest relations is preferred, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are crucial.
