Job Description

Location: Pune

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Job Description:

• Lead Powergen application engineering teams across various segments (ULHP/LHP, MHP, HHP, SPL Projects)
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including Mechanical & Electrical design and Control system selection
• Liaison between sales/marketing team & GOEM for project initiatives
• Build strong relationships with PMO, SCM, Manufacturing, and Quality for timely execution
• Ensure internal project alignment within engineering teams
• Lead a team of 10 to 15 members
• Manage segment budget including capex and revenue
