Job Description
CSTEP is seeking a motivated Finance Executive to enhance our Finance Department’s daily operations. This role involves handling accounting entries, ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and financial report preparations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Post and verify daily accounting entries in Tally.
- Assist in creating monthly financial and project reports.
- Process payments for vendors and staff accurately.
- Maintain records for audits through bank reconciliations.
- Support statutory compliance, including TDS and GST filings.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent required; Master’s degree (MCom) preferred. 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations ideal.
