Job Description
Join our dynamic culinary team at ACCOR as an Indian Commis Chef! We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while maintaining the highest kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. You will be responsible for managing stock supplies, supporting teamwork, and communicating effectively with colleagues and guests.
Your role will involve monitoring kitchen equipment, ensuring portion control, and preparing daily mise en place. You will also assist the Chef de Partie and stay informed about daily specials and the menu. A basic knowledge of first aid is required.
