Job Description
Job Location: Malad, Mumbai, India
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years
Qualification: 12th grade
Salary Range: 15k – 25k
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 9-hour rotation between 9am to 9pm
Languages Known: Fluent English + any of Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, Bengali, Tulu, or Kannada.
Responsibilities: Manage CRM functions, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle post-sales activities.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service or inbound calls.
