Job Description
We are representatives of a major international company in India, collaborating with one of the largest companies. We are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Care Executive to join our team at Neo Petcon India Private Limited.
The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with dealers and ensure smooth order processing. Key responsibilities include engaging with dealers, following up on payments, coordinating new orders, maintaining order tracking, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or dealer management is required. Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month, with additional benefits.
