Job Description
Join Expleo as a PLM End User Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing engineering end-user support on tools like 3D Experience, Enovia, CATIA, and other CAD/PDM applications. Your duties include resolving incidents, coaching users, and monitoring application performance. Strong troubleshooting skills in CATIA/Enovia or similar tools are essential, along with experience in automotive CAD/PDM & CAE support.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and Microsoft products is a plus.
