Job Description
VP Inc invites applications for the role of Telephone Job Interviewer. You will conduct structured phone interviews with job applicants, following a prescribed script.
Your responsibilities include evaluating candidates, documenting responses, and ensuring a positive interview experience. Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities are essential.
A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Communications is preferred. Previous HR support experience is advantageous.
Compensation ranges from ₹200.00 to ₹600.00 per hour, expecting 2-4 hours of work per week.
