Job Description
PradeepIT Consulting Services is seeking a skilled Remedy Admin Expert to manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of BMC Remedy. The ideal candidate will ensure system availability, provide operational support, and execute necessary developments to meet business needs.
Responsibilities include leading architectural design, developing customized applications, managing system performance and security, and mentoring a team of Remedy professionals. A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with 6-8 years of experience in Remedy.
