SPECTRAA EYE HOSPITAL is seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include managing Patient Care Services for both In-Patient and Out-Patient departments, handling inquiries with a courteous approach, and ensuring effective communication between patients and the medical team. You will enforce organizational standards to guarantee service quality and provide responsive assistance via various communication channels.
