Job Description
PradeepIT Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated DCNOC Administrator to manage the 24×7 monitoring of infrastructure and application performance. The ideal candidate will perform regular health checks to ensure IT services availability while overseeing planned maintenance activities and managing alert blackout requests. You will engage with IT Incident Management to promptly handle any critical or high-severity alerts and restore services efficiently. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
