Job Description:
Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information about insurance policies, assisting with claims, managing renewals, and resolving customer queries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and strive to build strong customer relationships. Successful applicants will work five days a week with two rotational week-offs.
Salary: ₹12,00 – 20,00 per month
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree required.
