• Build relationships with new recruiters to enhance placement opportunities.
• Align client manpower needs with student profiles.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to foster student engagement.
• Maintain a database of student profiles and placement statuses.
• Ensure placement targets are met and provide insights on hiring trends.
