Position: Customer Relations Executive (CRE)
Location: Bellware Head Office, Pattambi
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate with teams for seamless order processing.
- Maintain customer databases and gather feedback.
- Assist in documentation.
- Deliver a premium customer experience.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, MS Office knowledge, fluent in English and Malayalam.
