Job Description
A.K.A Logistics Pvt Ltd is urgently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Post-Tender Executive in Kolkata.
Education: Graduation (Candidates from an English Medium background preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary: Up to Rs. 5 Lac + PF + Medical Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor online portals for new tender opportunities.
- Prepare and compile necessary documents for bids.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders.
- Maintain records for reporting and audit purposes.
- Comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Key Skills: Tendering procedures, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
