Job Description
Vanderlande Industries is seeking an experienced Administrator II to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of General Accounting and related finance activities. Key responsibilities include processing transactions related to TEB and contractor hours, ensuring accurate financial accounting, resolving timesheet errors, and preparing accruals for missing employee hours.
The successful applicant will have 1-2 years of experience in GL teams, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and exhibit attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office is required. A proactive and collaborative team player is essential, especially during month-end and quarter-end periods.
