Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calls and WhatsApp inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and policies.
• Provide empathetic course selection and enrollment guidance.
• Update student records in our CRM tools.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve student issues.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of academic counseling experience in CA/CMA (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,00 – ₹18,00 per month
