Job Description
HR Integral is seeking a dedicated Client Services Executive (CRM) to enhance our team. This role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. Fluency in Malayalam and English is required, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries, schedule installations, coordinate with suppliers and technicians, and maintain customer updates.
Qualifications: Minimum +2 pass; preferred Bachelor’s degree. CRM experience is a plus; freshers welcome.
