Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support and Telecalling Executive to join our team at ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD. In this role, you will handle client calls and inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about our software development services.
Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, promoting our services, scheduling meetings for the sales team, maintaining records in our CRM, and ensuring a positive client experience.
This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, with a pay range of ₹9,703.30 – ₹17,771.89 per month and benefits including health insurance. Work will be conducted in person.
