Job Description
Position: Full-Time Role – School Skilling Program (Female Candidates Only)
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate female professional with a strong background in training and development, particularly in learner-centric pedagogy, to lead and support our government school skilling initiatives.
Work Location: Chennai, Guindy.
Key Responsibilities include training a national pool of trainers, ensuring quality training delivery, and providing on-ground support across various states in India.
Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing government school education.
Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month.
