Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Executive to join our team at Westbay Hospitality Group. The successful candidate will handle all incoming calls, emails, and online reservation inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiries, maintaining knowledge of room categories and rates, and managing bookings. The role involves liaising with front office and housekeeping teams.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month | Benefits: Health insurance, leave encashment.
