Job Description

Mahima Industries is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Data management and reporting: Entering, organizing, and maintaining data in company databases; preparing reports and spreadsheets; and ensuring data accuracy.
• Administrative support: Handling general office tasks, managing files, processing enquiries & documents like invoices and purchase orders, and coordinating schedules and appointments.
• Internal coordination: Communicating and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
