Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members on Scrum practices, and ensure smooth project execution.
Your responsibilities will include removing obstacles for the team, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. You will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver high-quality results.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience in leading cross-functional teams. A certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential is preferred.
