Job Description

AVS AIR SEA SERVICES PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate will:

• Quote and follow up on customer RFQs for import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors for timely job execution.
• Act as a liaison between sales and operations.
• Support development of SOPs and customer service metrics.
• Engage in customer reviews to build relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
