Job Description
Finprov Learning PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Student Relations Officer to support students in their professional development. This role will focus on providing timely assistance and guidance to students and their parents, ensuring a satisfying learning experience.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, build relationships, manage issues, prepare certificates, and organize alumni activities.
Qualifications: Graduation in any field, 1 year of ed-tech experience, proficiency in Malayalam and English.
