Job Description
NO AGENCY – ONLY CANDIDATES
We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter on a contract basis to join our team at Plucky. The ideal candidate will have ten years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with excellent communication skills and a US accent.
Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, posting jobs, screening resumes, short-listing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
This is a performance-based role with commissions ranging from 25% to 45% of total billing per closure. Candidates must have a laptop/desktop and internet access.
Contract Length: 2 months
Pay: ₹8,00.00 per week
